Elena Mavromichali

Elena is a Strategist with over 20 years of international experience, currently serving as an Advisor on Arts and Culture in the Office of the Prime Minister of Greece. In her role, she works closely with the General Secretariat of the Greek Government, the Special Secretariat for Foresight, the Ministry of Culture, and UNESCO. Known for her ability to synthesize diverse insights, she excels in designing and executing complex projects and leading research to uncover significant data and anticipate future trends in culture, governance, employment, and civic engagement.
Since 2014, Elena has been a dedicated advocate for Greece’s Cultural and Creative industries, driving cross-ministerial collaboration and shaping impactful projects. She holds academic credentials in Art History, Museum Management, Strategy and Innovation, and Strategic Leadership. She is a fellow of the University of Warwick, the Latsis Foundation, and the Salzburg Global Seminar, where she collaborates with international peers to advance thought leadership in culture, creativity, and policymaking.
